After the official approval of the antitrust authorities, the business partnership of Bosch Security Systems and Sony Corporation in the field of video security solutions became effective by February 1, 2017. The DPolG represents the vocational, social, economical and financial interests of German police employees also those who are retired. The main aim is to achieve better working and living conditions as well as improvement of German official and vocational rights. As thus, we are in contact with governments, parliaments and parties on federal and state level.

The headquarters of the DPolG is located in Berlin, but you will find DPolG representation in each of Germany´s 16 states representing the special needs of its members. Further more the DPolG represents two special associations for colleagues in Federal Border Guard (BPOL) and Federal Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BKA). The 'Kinder online schützen' initiative was launched by SafeToNet and WhiteIT in early 2019. The common goal is to protect children and young people from the threats of sexualised violence on the Internet.
As part of the large-scale cooperation, there will be an eye-catching poster campaign in cooperation with Ströer as well as a joint app that serves as a kind of 'safety belt' for children using mobile phones. The aim is to encourage the dialogue between children and parents, not to impose prohibitions.
WhiteIT is a worldwide unique alliance of more than 100 partners from politics, industry, law enforcement agencies, trade unions, associations, associations for the protection of victims, science and the public sector, which is committed to preventing sexualised violence against children and combating its representation in the digital world.
